Applicants must meet eligibility criteria including verified diagnoses of PTSD, TBI, or MST and honorable service history. The full process includes interviews, background checks, and training phases.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to mediation before a mutually agreed-upon mediator located in the State of Indiana. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
